Job summary

Tarter Farm and Ranch seeks a detail-oriented warehouse associate to receive, inspect, and manage incoming materials at our Corinne, Utah site. The role requires accurate data entry, adherence to safety guidelines, and effective coordination with production and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, recording inventory in the system, and communicating with suppliers to resolve issues. Experience with forklifts and warehouse procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with safety rules and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with barcodes, shipments, and inventory recording.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify contents against purchase orders and documentation.
• Record and update inventory in the warehouse system.
• Coordinate storage with warehouse and production teams.
• Report discrepancies and quality issues to the right teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and follow safety rules.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
