Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse receiving or inventory control.
• Knowledge of receiving documents (POs, packing slips, BOLs).
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with handheld scanners, computers, and WMS/ERP.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or overages.
• Verify received product against POs, packing lists, and BOLs.
• Document and report discrepancies and damaged items.
• Enter receipts into WMS/ERP promptly and accurately.
• Label, tag, and stage product; store it correctly with scanners.
• Handle returns per procedure and keep areas safe.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving docks and staging areas.
• Perform cycle counts by location or SKU and investigate variances.
