Job summary

Masterbilt Incorporated is seeking a Detail‑oriented Quality Technician to ensure materials and parts meet specifications throughout the manufacturing process. You will perform inspections, calibrations, and document control while supporting continuous improvement.

The role requires reading blueprints and GD&T, plus 2+ years in manufacturing/metrology. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum two years of manufacturing and metrology experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and components to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts.
• Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, material specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Coordinate external calibrations and perform internal calibration activities.
• Maintain accurate inspection of records and quality documentation.
• Follow safety requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
