Masterbilt Incorporated is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure quality and compliance across raw materials, purchased components, and production parts. You will support production through inspections, calibration, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential duties include incoming material inspections, in-process and final part checks, and interpretation of drawings and GD&T. This role requires focus on safety and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, purchased components, and production parts throughout the manufacturing process. This position supports production and customer requirements through inspection activities, calibration of measuring equipment, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Technician serves as a representative of the Quality Department to both internal and external customers while supporting Masterbilt’s commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with hours based on a production environment, with occasional nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the position and the organization.
