Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Quality Technician to perform dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections on manufactured parts. The role uses CMMs, laser scanners, tensile testers, and related tools to verify part conformity and complete first piece checks, SDS measurements, weld evaluations, and line-side verifications.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in quality control in manufacturing, with automotive industry experience and familiarity with Toyota launch systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of Quality Control experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Toyota launch systems preferred.
• Experience in multicultural office environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections.
• Operate CMMs, laser scanners, tensile tester and other measurement tools.
• Complete first piece checks and SDS measurements.
• Conduct weld evaluations and line side verifications.
• Follow safety, quality, confidentiality, and information security policies.
