Accelera is seeking a Quality Inspection Technician to join the Quality and Metrology team. You will perform precision inspections on complex castings and components using CMM technology, ensuring adherence to established programs and protocols.

You will document measurements, generate inspection reports, and participate in calibrations and preventive maintenance to keep metrology equipment ready. Collaboration with Engineering and Production is essential for quick resolution of quality

• Execute precise inspections on complex castings and precision components using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology.
• Drive quality assurance by following standardized inspection protocols and executing established CMM programs.
• Ensure data integrity by accurately recording measurements and generating comprehensive inspection reports.
• Maintain the operational readiness of metrology equipment through routine calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Production teams to identify and resolve quality discrepancies.
• Uphold a high standard of workplace organization to ensure efficient and accurate inspection workflows.

• Exposure to quality management systems or industry standards such as AS9100D or NADCAP.
