Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs to verify specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain traceable records.
• Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production to address quality issues and prevent recurrences.
• Conduct first-article inspections and in-process audits.
