Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality control role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of materials and products.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs to verify specs.
• Document inspection results and maintain records.
• Identify non-conforming items and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.
• Perform first article inspections and in-process audits.
• Assist in developing and updating QC procedures and inspection plans.
