Job summary

Custom Control Sensors, LLC (CCS) is seeking a Quality Inspector in the Phoenix area to verify machined parts meet drawings and specifications. You will inspect incoming materials and finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and optical comparators, applying GD&T to ensure conformance and quality.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on inspection experience in aerospace/medical/automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years hands-on inspection of precision machined parts.
• Experience in aerospace, medical, or automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Skilled in reading engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical inspection of parts produced by the machine shop (80%).
• Perform AQL inspections to tight tolerances on castings, forgings, machined parts and assemblies.
• Inspect parts for material, processes, workmanship and conformance to specifications.
