Job summary

TASE Global USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Quality Inspector II for aerospace and precision machining. You will inspect detailed components, read and interpret drawings, and verify tolerances using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision tools.

You will document inspection results and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have multiple years in aerospace inspection, strong GD&T knowledge, and the ability to work with Manufacturing and

Qualifications

Must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
Experience with first article, in-process and final inspections.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection records.

Responsibilities

Perform FAI, first article, in-process, final, and receiving inspections on aerospace components.
Interpret complex drawings, GD&T, and specifications to verify conformance.
Prepare inspection reports and FAI documentation, and support nonconforming material handling.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
Assist with calibration records and audits to AS9100 quality standards.
