Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to uphold Forecast3D quality standards by inspecting incoming, in-process, and finished products and recording results. You will use calipers, micrometers and height gauges, interpret drawings, generate NCRs, and document inspection results in the QA database.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of related experience in quality or manufacturing, or equivalent education/experience.
Ability to apply simple instructions and read drawings.
Experience using inspection tools and navigating Windows PC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 or similar standard is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of finished product across all technologies.
Use hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to verify dimensions.
Interpret drawings for dimensional and visual requirements.
Generate NCRs for discrepant material.
Apply GD&T as needed to measurement tasks.
Provide feedback on inspection results to other departments and document results in QA database.
Follow guidelines for using and maintaining measurement tools.
