Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify high-precision mechanical components in an ISO 9001 environment. You will interpret drawings with GD&T, use micrometers and calipers, and ensure product conformance to tolerances while maintaining inspection records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement. Collaborative work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• 1–3+ years in a manufacturing, machining, or quality inspection environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, GD&T requirements per ASME Y14.5.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components.
• Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators to verify conformance.
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify manufacturing meets requirements.
• Perform final inspections and acceptance activities prior to release.
