Qualifications

• Requires ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from limited options.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions and work independently.
• Wonderlic Select assessment required (score 50, cognitive portion 16).

Responsibilities

• Inspects dimensional, appearance, and material qualities of plastics and assemblies.
• Operates test instruments and reads blueprints for compliance.
• Labels, rejects, or holds parts as per standards.
• Audits material flow and participates in problem-solving meetings.
• Works as a team player on the production floor.
