Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, specifications, and basic drawings.
• Comfortable using basic measuring and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Verify products meet specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or defects.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Assist with identifying the root cause of quality issues.
• Communicate quality concerns with production and management.
• Help ensure proper procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Perform re-inspections and verify corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
