Job summary

Ram Precision Industries in Ohio is seeking a Quality Engineer – Manufacturing to support quality and manufacturing operations, developing inspection documentation and process control tools.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production and CNC teams to ensure components meet engineering specifications and customer requirements, leveraging GD&T and ballooned drawings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, quality, or engineering.
• Experience with drawing review, ballooning, and inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturing and quality process check sheets for production and inspection.
• Review customer and engineering prints to create ballooned drawings with dimensions and tolerances.
• Develop inspection documentation from ballooned drawings and customer criteria.
• Create and maintain process/manufacturing drawings used in production.
• Generate 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion.
• Interpret GD&T standards and apply them to drawings and inspections.
