US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team in Fort Worth.

Working Monday to Thursday, 7am–5pm, you will inspect molded and purchased parts, ensuring they meet engineering and quality standards through precise measurement and thorough documentation. You will use the MicroVu vision system, calipers, and micrometers to record dimensional data, perform first article inspections, and support cross-departmental efforts in QA, molding, and

Formación

• One-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read detailed part/assembly prints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect parts using MicroVu, calipers, and micrometers.
• Check for surface defects and dimensional conformity.
• Record measurements and compare with engineering prints.
• Prepare quality reports for QA Engineers or Supervisor.
• Communicate inspection status to Tooling, Molding, and Quality teams.
• Assist in root-cause investigations using process data.
• Support other departments as needed.

Educación

One-year certificate from college or technical school

Associate's degree in engineering or science (nice to have)

Read and interpret detailed part/assembly prints
