Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished production kits and document disposition results.
• Follow AQL standards and quality inspection procedures.
• Update kit status in the database based on inspection outcomes.
• Learn part-specific defects and tolerance levels to determine acceptability.
• Notify Shift Lead of any quality concerns or inconsistencies.
• Prioritize audits for expedited and same-day shipping requests.
• Maintain a steady work pace without compromising quality.
• Log production scrap and extra parts in designated tracking systems.
• Record audit results in the audit tracker.
• Transport audited kits to finished goods area.
