US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for weekend nights (6pm–6am) in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll inspect molded and purchased parts, document results, and support QA and warehouse teams to ensure parts meet specs.

The role emphasizes precise measurement, data recording, and collaboration across manufacturing departments. Prior inspection experience and proficiency with Excel are a plus; an technical certificate is welcome.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read engineering prints.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components using MicroVu, calipers, micrometers and other tools.
• Examine parts for surface defects such as cracks and pits.
• Record measurements electronically to spec and document results.
• Compare parts against engineering prints and standards.
• Communicate inspection status to QA, Tooling and Molding teams.
• Generate quality reports and advisements for QA engineers or supervisors.
• Assist in root-cause investigations using process data.
• Provide cross-department support as needed.
