Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector on the weekend day shift to support incoming inspection of molded and purchased parts.

You will ensure components meet engineering and quality standards through precise inspection and documentation, maintain product integrity, and support warehouse operations, including first article inspections (FAI) and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Inspect plastic parts for defects and document findings.
• Follow Standard Process Instructions during inspection.
• Use Quality Advisement system to log concerns and keep stakeholders informed.
• Capable of assisting in containment and nonconformance processes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull inspection samples based on defined frequency.
• Visually inspect samples for defects as per instructions.
• Document concerns in Quality Advisement system and notify relevant parties.
• Assist in containment for quality concerns as needed.
• Use Nonconformance system to place suspect parts on hold for review.
