Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections and tests during manufacturing. You will evaluate materials and products at different production stages and document results to drive process improvements.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with lab equipment, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. This position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with manufacturing lab equipment and safety procedures.
• Experience with ASTM standards for concrete products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during manufacture.
• Inspect products and materials at various production stages for defects.
• Record observations and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure production measuring devices are calibrated and maintained.
• Analyze results and email test reports to management upon completion.
• Support cross-training of production employees in QC/QA testing.
