100Hires, Inc. is seeking a QA Line Technician for bottling and dimensional testing on a fast-paced production line. You will sample from each line, perform thickness and weight checks, and verify conformance to specs using Magna Mike gauges and precision scales.

You will record data per SOP, isolate nonconforming material, calibrate equipment daily, and communicate issues to supervisors to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write basic English and interpret procedures.
• Detail orientation and accountability in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Clear, timely communication with operators and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Audit visual inspections with Inspector Packers and help maintain a clean, orderly plant.
• Sample from each production line and perform tests to verify conformance.
• Approve finished goods by confirming specifications through tests.
• Isolate and contain nonconforming product following SOPs.
• Set up and operate quality instruments to perform checks on samples.
• Document quality data accurately per SOP requirements.
• Calibrate verification equipment daily using gauges/weights.
• Report quality issues and nonconformances to supervision immediately.
• Wear PPE correctly and maintain a safe work area, following directions.
• Assist with task coverage and training as needed.
