Elevation Labs is seeking a detail-minded Quality Assurance Inspector to supervise production line inspections of finished goods. The role emphasizes accuracy in batch tickets, BOM verification, and correct labeling while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Key duties include documenting QA records, stopping lines to address defects, and ensuring consistent product quality. Strong English communication and basic math are essential; prior experience with filling equipment is favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with Pallet Jacks, tape guns, tape machines, heat guns, labelers.
• Previous experience with Liquid filling Machines, cappers, conveyors, lot coders & shrink tunnels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the Batch Ticket Checklist for area setup, materials, lot code/expiration date, weights, labels, and retain samples.
• Check BOM/Component Sheet for correct parts and item numbers vs carton labeling.
• Verify cleaning logs for filling equipment updates.
• Inspect first finished goods for defects or approvals if new item produced.
• Maintain QA inspection records; note deviations and follow-up actions.
• Perform QC inspections four times per run time; include post-offline packing steps.
• Look for defects in finished goods and report problems to Shift Lead.
• If issues arise, stop the process with Operator/Line Coordinator for evaluation.
• Follow up on defect corrections to ensure problems are resolved.
• Perform essential duties with/without accommodation and maintain a safe environment.
• Read and understand English paperwork; write and communicate discrepancies clearly.
