Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of QA inspection experience, familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100/ISO13485, and strong attention to detail. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a path for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in quality assurance with inspection.
• Experience with ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, ITAR.
• Knowledge of JSTD-001, IPC 600/610/620.
• Proficient in basic math and GD&T.
• Experience with ANSI mechanical inspection standards.
• Strong English communication; clear records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
• Document inspection results in ERP per quality policy.
• Perform receiving/in-process/final/shipping inspections.
• Execute First Article Inspections per AS 9102.
• Support Material Review Board and Defective Material Reports.
• Transport materials between work centers for inspection.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean events.
