Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform incoming and final product inspections and support calibration activities.

The role reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Operations-Bensalem and requires reading drawings, selecting measurement equipment, and following written and verbal instructions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years in inspection, machining, assembly, or field service.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams preferred.
• PTO accrual begins upon hire; 401k with company match.

Responsibilities

• Work from drawings, specifications, work orders, and supervisor directions.
• Review paperwork and select measuring equipment; plan procedures.
• Perform first-piece and final inspections; identify nonconformities and assist with corrective action.
• Provide in-process inspection daily; track trends and assist with deviations.
• Inspect incoming materials and parts from vendors; document results.
• Calibrate measuring devices and maintain records; assist with calibration docs.
• Complete documentation for quality projects and other duties as assigned.
