Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a QA Inspector to perform quality assurance inspections, non-destructive testing, data collection, and reporting across materials and finished products. You will verify dimensions, welds, and conformance to drawings and codes while promoting shop-floor safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires reading drawings, maintaining records, calibrating equipment, and communicating findings across production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent QA Inspector or equivalent industrial experience.
• 5 years in quality assurance inspection, steel fabrication, welding inspection, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of AWS D1.1, AWS D1.5, and AISC standards.
• Current CWI certification preferred or ability to obtain as required by company needs.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products.
• Verify part dimensions, fit-up, and weld compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Document inspection results in reports and quality records.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, inspection plans, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain inspection equipment calibration and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
