Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools such as wrenches and torque tools; able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise assembly and repair.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems including pumps, seals, and couplings.
• Effective verbal and written communication for team collaboration.
• Welding and fabrication experience required for maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assemble pump skids including centrifugal, rotary gear, and positive displacement pumps to spec.
• Install and test mechanical seals to ensure leak-free operation.
• Perform laser alignments on pump units.
• Trim and balance impellers for smooth operation.
• Conduct quality inspections before shipment of units.
• Collaborate with design team to provide input on new skid projects.
• Assist in shop stock inventory and maintenance of parts.
