Job summary

X-Ray Technology in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will help build precision X-ray components and products in a safe, team-oriented environment, performing hands-on assembly and quality-focused tasks.

You will follow established procedures, adhere to schedules, and support continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with teammates and other departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical, or technical experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical documents.
• Ability to read, write, speak English to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture X-ray tubes and related components according to established procedures.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
• Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Monitor production processes and report issues or improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that help increase quality, efficiency, and safety.
