Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate to build, assemble, inspect, and repair products while operating production and support machines. You will document production data and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Work with maintenance and engineering teams, train teammates as needed, and follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality protocols in a cleanroom-like environment. Multiple shifts available, including first shift 4:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and assembling mechanical components.
• Strong ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic mechanical tools.
• Experience with documenting production data and quality records.
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble products using tools, equipment, and procedures.
• Inspect finished work and repair to meet quality standards.
• Set up, program, and run production equipment per procedures.
• Operate machines safely and efficiently to meet targets.
• Perform maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.
• Run and maintain test equipment per procedures.
• Complete production documentation including yield, rework, and scrap records.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Suggest improvements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
