Job summary

Qualitrol, a Ralliant company, is seeking motivated Production Assemblers to join our A Shift team in Fairport, NY. You will contribute to meeting daily production quotas while maintaining high quality standards.

In this role you will operate various assembly equipment, rotate across cells, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. Prior lean manufacturing experience is preferred, and strong manual dexterity is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or lean manufacturing.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, read measuring devices, and follow written instructions.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills (including MSDS sheets and work instructions).

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly equipment including hydraulic presses, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotate across different work cells as directed by supervisors or cell leaders.
• Pack finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production cell.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with established quality standards.
