• Identify and report defects, equipment malfunctions, and process issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Package finished goods according to company and customer requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Assist with inventory management, material handling, and replenishment of production supplies.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and process efficiency.
