Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician I to support cleanroom production and packaging in a regulated environment. You will help prepare supplies, verify components, and ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed to maintain regulatory compliance.

Work with a small team on the 1st shift (6:00am to 2:30pm), handling inventory control, documentation, and daily production tasks to support build plans while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a cleanroom environment, preferably medical device.
• Experience with documentation and inventory records.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and bend.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, QSR, GTP, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Support formulation and build of products according to procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and verify components for production.
• Follow SOP requirements for cleaning, labeling, and sealing processed units.
• Support ERP material movements and ensure transactions are accurate and timely.
• Adhere to all company policies to maintain regulatory and quality compliance.
• Transfer and stock supplies for controlled areas and complete inventory system transactions.
• Assist with final packaging activities, including kitting and prepping lots for shipment.
• Assist with main cleanroom activities to support daily production operations.
