Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of planning experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; customer service oriented (internal/external).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; Oracle ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.
• Develop daily material schedules and production plans to meet orders.
• Analyze drawings and specs to prepare time, material, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate movement of materials with purchasing and production.
• Update Bills of Material and Routings with CSR and Accounting.
• Participate in daily plant meetings and support scheduling changes.
