Job summary

Charter Manufacturing Company is seeking a Stamping Operator for the second shift at our Milwaukee facility. You will operate stamping machines to produce parts, inspect output for quality, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to keep production moving. Starting pay is $23.25/hour and up depending on experience, with a 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing experience and ability to operate stamping equipment.
• Experience entering data into ERP or SPC systems.
• Experience using quality measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping machines and monitor up to four sets of equipment.
• Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools; document results.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Move materials, products, and scrap; maintain a clean, safe work area; support cross-functional teams.
