Job summary

Charter Manufacturing Company, a fourth-generation family-owned business, seeks a Machine Operator. The role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection, and forklift/overhead crane movement.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour+ depending on experience, with potential increases within two years. Shift is Day Shift (6PM - 6AM) with a 3-2-2-3 schedule designed for a 3-day weekend every other weekend and built-in overtime pay.

ABOUT OUR POSITION

• MACHINE OPERATOR: This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.Check out our job description video: Production Operator at Charter Wire - Menomonee Valley
• STARTING PAY:$21.00+ depending on experience (with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)
• SHIFT: Day Shift (6PM - 6AM)
• SCHEDULE: 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working - 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay)
