Job summary

Quality Harvest Foods is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our day shift Packaging team in Portland, OR. You will package finished product, maintain line flow, and help ensure quality and safety standards are met.

We offer a Monday through Friday schedule (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) at $17.80 per hour, with benefits starting after 60 days for full-time staff and monthly bonuses. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance is required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Food production or packaging experience is a plus; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product into boxes accurately following count and weight standards.
• Keep the production line moving by maintaining product flow.
• Tape, label, and stack finished cases onto pallets for shipment.
• Spot and report any product quality or packaging issues to your line lead.
• Keep your work area clean and organized per 5S standards.

What you'll do

Package finished product into boxes accurately following count and weight standards

Keep the production line moving smoothly by maintaining product flow and alignment

Tape, label, and stack finished cases onto pallets for shipment

Spot and report any product quality or packaging issues to your line lead

Keep your work area clean and organized in line with food safety and 5S standards

What we're looking for

Reliable attendance — your team counts on you being there

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Food production or packaging experience is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person

• Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Pay: $17.80/hour
• 40 hours a week depending on production schedule
