Shift options 1st or 2nd, Monday through Friday, with early start times. Responsibilities include visual inspections, documenting packaging methods, organizing materials, performing quality checks, and supporting cross-functional production flow

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions/work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Proficient in packaging, assembly or material handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual initial inspection during unpacking and note defects.
• Pack customer parts per customer or internal instructions.
• Organize boxes and packaging materials and maintain traceability.
• Identify holding racks/fixtures and ensure proper placement.
• Support production flow across multiple departments and teams.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle parts safely.
