Advantage Technical in Elgin, IL is seeking a Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team on a temporary basis. The role involves handling components, loading into trays, basic machine operation, and supporting pre- and post-production activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unpack and handle small metallic components.
• Use fixturing and defixturing techniques to build and break down production loads.
• Load components into wash trays and place materials on conveyor systems for cleaning and processing.
• Perform basic machine operation and support pre- and post-production activities.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming customer products.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products before packaging and shipment.
• Package, label, and prepare completed orders for shipping.
