Job summary

Total Talent Resources and QFS is seeking a Production Associate C in Romeoville, IL to join the Production Department. The role requires packing, assembly, and adherence to QA standards while meeting production rates in a fast-paced environment.

You will work the 6:00 am - 2:20 pm shift with some weekends and mandatory overtime as requested. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a structured production setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player.
• Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Flexible with start/end times including overtime as required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Packing and assembly of components meeting QA standards.
• Meet specified production rates.
• Work safely and report hazards to management.
• Use small hand tools safely and effectively.
• Keep work area clean and organized per 5S standards.
• Perform additional production duties as needed.
