Total Talent Resources and QFS is hiring a Production Associate C for the Romeoville site. The role focuses on packing and assembling components to meet QA and customer expectations, with a 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:20 pm. Pay is $15.00/hr, and some weekends/OT may be required.

The position requires teamwork, a proactive attitude, flexibility with start times, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and to stand for the full shift. Safety is emphasized, and reporting hazards is expected.

• Flexible with start/end times for 1st/2nd shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Work to specified production rates.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to management.
• Use small, simple hand tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per 5S standards.
• Perform other production duties as required.
