Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production, focused on machine operation and packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or on a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Standing long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using various tools with PPE provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend to specialized production equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carefully package finished goods to protect them during shipping and handling.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve issues.
