You will read work orders, perform precise measurements, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and power equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Experience with tape measure reading and precise measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations according to established procedures.
• Fabricate and produce component parts for final product assembly.
• Handle materials, including loading, unloading, and proper storage.
• Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects.
• Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic technical drawings.
• Make accurate measurements using precision tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
