Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 1 for the 2nd shift in Bryan, Texas. You will operate production equipment, assemble components, manage materials, read schedules, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with teammates, following safety protocols, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and power equipment.
• Able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Strong math skills and ability to work with fractions and decimals.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall manufacturing process efficiency.

• Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects
• Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic technical drawings
• Make accurate measurements using precision tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
