Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and power equipment.
• Able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations per procedures.
• Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly.
• Handle materials including loading, unloading, and storage.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects.
• Read work orders, production schedules and basic drawings.
• Take precise measurements using precision tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
