The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience, with proficiency in packaging machinery. It is a 2nd shift role (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am) in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, including operating high-speed packaging equipment.
• Proficiency with packaging machinery and tools (lift trucks, tape machines, fillers, cappers, labelers, bundlers).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and output.
• Troubleshoot and propose improvements to keep lines running smoothly.
• Learn and take early ownership to build skills and confidence.
• Maintain detailed production records and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Comply with FDA and cGMP requirements.
