Job summary

Opella is seeking a Processing Technician in the United States to support the manufacturing of bulk products. You will operate and maintain production lines, ensuring safety, quality and output while following cGMPs and SOPs in a fast-paced processing area.

The role involves learning to operate mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers and tablet presses to create tablets, creams, liquids and powders. You will keep detailed production records and work in a clean, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Manufacturing/production experience including operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment.
• Technical: Proficient with packaging machinery and tools like fillers, cappers, labelers and bundlers.
• Physical: Ability to lift 25–60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines to ensure safety, quality and output.
• Troubleshoot and propose improvements to keep lines running.
• Learn and take ownership of equipment to build skills.
• Maintain production records and follow procedures to complete orders.
• Keep work areas clean and well-maintained.
• Comply with FDA and cGMP requirements.
