Job summary

Opella is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of packaging equipment in a cGMP environment. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, facilitating changeovers, and collaborating with engineering on improvements.

This is a 3rd shift position (Mon-Fri, 10:30pm–7:00am). Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of experience with automated controls or electromechanical manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4 years’ experience with automated controls and/or electromechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Assist packaging personnel in changeover and operation of packaging equipment.
• Assist Engineering in projects and continuous improvement objectives.
• Set up and adjust equipment for different product sizes per line setup sheets.
• Perform PM and diagnose issues affecting line performance.
