Job summary

ARaymond Network is seeking a Press Setup Operator to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain slide forming machines and punch presses used to manufacture precision metal components. You will interpret blueprints, perform inspections, record quality data, and support production control while reducing downtime and improving processes.

Responsibilities include aiding tooling with setup changes, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to ARaymond's EHS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum of one year of machine operation and machine setup experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions and documentations, troubleshoot with team.
• Commitment to safe work practices and EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain slide forming machines and punch presses.
• Follow setup sheets, read blueprints, and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with Tooling Department to troubleshoot tooling issues and improve processes.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.
• Enter quality data into SAP and support production control processes.
• Assist with tooling changes and pre-set up activities for future jobs.
