Job summary

Camaco LLC is seeking a manufacturing operator in a hands-on production role. You will operate Transfer and Progressive Presses, set dies in multiple machines, and load steel coils and blanks. Visual inspection, data recording, and maintaining a clean, safe area are essential daily tasks.

The role requires basic math and measurement skills, attention to detail, and teamwork within a structured department to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred; Crane Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of press controls-parameters and control limits.
• Advanced Crane and Material Handling skills.
• Manual dexterity for assembling, packing and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Transfer Press and/or Progressive Press.
• Set dies in various machines and measure shut height.
• Load and unload coils of steel and blanks.
• Operate crane and forklift as needed.
• Record production data for inventory control, including good parts and scrap.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Practice lockout/tagout procedures.
• Train new operators as needed.
