Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Hi-Lo Certification and Crane Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate Transfer Presses.
• Set dies in transfer, progressive and secondary presses; measure shut height and adjust ram.
• Follow blueprints or drawings to shape metal accurately.
• Use hand and power tools to shape and smooth metal and blend seams.
• Load and unload coils of steel and blanks used in the process.
• Operate crane and forklift as needed.
• Maintain set-up sheet and document production data for inventory control.
