Qualifications

• 3+ years of press operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to set up, operate and troubleshoot various presses (stamping, hydraulic, mechanical).
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and use of calipers/mmicrometers for precision measurement.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality control standards.
• Mechanical aptitude for minor maintenance and adjustments on machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor presses per production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform setup, adjustment and minor maintenance of presses.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and adjust to meet specs.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
